Great 1946 Memoirs of United States Navy Reserve Captain Harry C. Butcher: My Three Years with Eisenhower published by Simon & Schuster Inc. The 900 plus page memoir is broken into seven parts: Part One: Preparation for Invasion; Part Two: The Invasion of North Africa; Part Three: The Conquest of Italy, Part Four: Overture to Liberation, Part Five: Cross-Channel Invasion, Part Six: The Destruction of German Might, and Part Seven: "This War Was a Holy War". The book also features a number of pages showing photographic images of Capt. Butcher's time with Eisenhower.

CONDITION:
7 (Very Fine): The book shows moderate age and storage wear to cover and slight discoloration of the pages and a small spot of separation of the inside cover and binding (see photo), all pages and images seem to be fully intact with no rips or tears.
