This is a great circa 1930s "Wilt-Less" fresh flower cutter made by the Ullman Company of Northhampton, Massachusetts. The cutter comes with its original instructional pamhlet, which bears the slogan "Flowers Cut Right Keep Bright!".
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-3/4" in length and 3-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome-plated; paper.
ATTACHMENT:Scissor style.
