VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:2-1/4" wide by 2-1/2" high.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with a "C" catch. However, "c" catch is broken.
MARKINGS:None.
