Scarce 1920's – 1930's Rhode Island State Police Trooper hat badge. The center of the copper badge shows an anchor with a banner or scroll across center and below reads: "IN THE SERVICE OF THE STATE". The reverse shows a maker's mark that reads: "OD CO. PROV. RI"
