This is a great set of miniature Blatz beer bottle salt and pepper shakers. Blatz was a Milwaukee brewing pioneer, being the first producer from the city to market their product nationally as well to have a bottling plant on the premises. Each shaker is a little Pilsener Type beer bottle with a colorful label depicting the Old Heidelberg Castle.
Approximately 4-5/16" in height by 1-3/16" in diameter (at base) each.
Glass, metal, printed paper.
BLATZ BREWING CO. MILWAUKEE, WIS. ESTABLISHED 1851 on label; MUTH & SON BUFFALO, N.Y. PAT. PEND. on bottom.
This is from a breweriana collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. SHOP VEX11 LEGX3/12 SLDEX6/14 SeEEX12/15
7 (Very Fine): The bottles have no chips or cracks with some minor fading to the labels and heavy tarnish on the caps.
As with all my items, this piece is guaranteed original.
