Description
This is a great circa 1930 Wright Aircraft Factory photograph of an R-540 Whirlwind 165 motor. The Wright Aeronautical division of Curtiss-Wright came out with a series of five Whirlwind engines beginning in 192The photograph is in its original frame with matting and has an engraved brass plate on the front.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930.
SIZE:Approximately 13-1/2" by 11-1/2".
