This is an S.P.C.A. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Badge No 4 Ventura County California made by Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Co. Badge No 4 issued to H.E. Bowman Ventura Co. Sheriff's Office.

1920s.

Approximately: 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

Non Magnetic White Metal with painted lettering.
