ARTIFACT: Gorgeous WWI United States 'Two Men in Service' Homefront Mother's locket bracelet to be worn on a silk wristband. Heavily gold plated brass with an exquisitely enameled center showing a two men in service emblem, a red and white rectangle bearing two blue stars surrounded by light blue enamel featuring laurel leaves at the bottom and an eagle at the top. The locket opens up to show two blank spots to insert photos. Only one I've ever seen.
VINTAGE: Circa WWI.
SIZE: Approximately 7/8" x 3/4".
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT: Two loops/lugs for band attachment, hinged locket.
