Gorgeous Early WWII USAAF Command Pilot Wing by Balfour with Crisp Details

ARTIFACT: This is a gorgeous circa early World War II United States Army Air Forces Command pilot wing produced by Balfour. The wing is in sterling silver and has stunning crisp details and light hand-chasing. There is a wreathed star at the top of the wing.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4” in height by 3” in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: LGB (Balfour mark) STERLING.
