Framed, Autographed Photograph of Vice Admiral Charles S. Williams, WWI Navy Cross Recipient

This is a great framed and autographed photograph of United States Navy Vice Admiral Charles S. Williams. Williams was a World War I recipient of the Navy Cross, an award given for either heroism or distinguished service.

Circa 1918-1920.

Approximately 12-1/4" in height and 11-3/4" in width (base is about 2-3/8" thick).

Painted wood, photograph, glass, paperboard backing, nails, felt bottom.

Photograph swivels on two posts attached to stand.
