WWI US Army Signal Corps Photograph and Patriotic Frame

This is a United States Army Signal Corps photograph in a patriotic frame. The frame reads LIBERTY & JUSTICE TO ALL and shows a soldier's cameo at center with the date 191The rest of the frame depicts a battle scene and illustrations of President Woodrow Wilson and General Pershing.

Circa World War I.

14" height and 11" width.

Embossed cardboard frame that has been covered with cloth and painted; black and white photograph.

Two flaps in back of frame, one with a hole.
