Fantastic Engraved Sterling WASP Wing Dated 1944

This is a fabulous engraved World War II United States Women Air Force Service Pilots (WASP) pilot wing in sterling by Josten. The wing is a diamond flanked by a pair of spread wings, and is dated May 20, 1944 on reverse, or three days before the actual class 44-4 graduation.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 13/16" in height and 2-13/16" in width.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
