ARTIFACT: This is a fabulous one-of-a-kind PT Boat Badge with the name "W. McMillan" engraved on the back.

This amazing and unique badge is made from PT Boat windshield Plexiglas and some stainless steel, both probably acquired form a mobile repair shop somewhere in the Pacific. The plexi at bottom was "frosted" for a matte finish to differentiate from the PT Boat, and look like the spray of water it represents...truly a work of art...If only this badge could talk and tell us where it has been...

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: About 3" in length by 7/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plexiglas and stainless steel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin with a "C" catch.
