ARTIFACT: Extremely rare WWII W. A. S. P. , United States Army Air Force Women's Air Force Service Pilot , original matched pair of uniform collar insignia in gilt brass. The insignia is in the shape of the letters "W. A. S. P.".

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 1 1/8" x 3/8" each

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass

ATTACHMENT: Each insignia has two pin with clutchback catches

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Army Air Forces W. A. S. P. collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJJX15 LADGEX6/15 SADGEC7/15

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The pair of insignia show minor to moderate wear, nearly all of the brass plating remains intact, overall excellent condition.
