Extremely Rare Chinese-American Composite Wing (CACW) 32nd FS Hanger

This is an extremely rare Chinese-American Composite Wing (CACW) 3rd Fighter Group. 32nd Fighter Squadron wall hanger. CACW was a joint national effort and was assigned the 14th Air Force in China. The hanger itself is in straw with chenille insignia for the 32nd woven into it. The letters CACW and their Chinese equivalent are embroidered onto the hanger in scarlet threads.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 32" in length and 17" in width.

Bamboo, chenille, cotton/silk threads, wooden dowels.

Twine, wooden dowels.
