Chinese-Made WWII CBI Ring possibly for CACW 5th Composite Group

This is an unidentified but wonderful Chinese-made CBI ring in enameled silver. It may be showing a winged "V for Victory", or it may possibly have something to do with the CACW 5th Composite Group. The ring is beautifully enameled with a star and a Chinese sun above the winged V, and the sides of the ring have a fantastic dragon motif in relief. The ring is stamped inside the band.

Circa World War II.

Approximate size 9 1/2.
