ARTIFACT: An incredibly rare Italian national glider program wing which was the predecessor to the Italian armed forces glider program.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: 3.5" wide by 1.5" high.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated and hard-baked enamel on steel.

ATTACHMENT: Long horizontal pin and simple safety pin catch.

MARKINGS: Stamped on fastener "F M LORIOLI & CASTELI, V. BRONZETTI 25, MILANO." Initials "MN" scratched on back.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection of Italian badges, which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VCJJX07

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Very minor wear and light tarnishing, truly a wonderful example of this wing.
