ARTIFACT:
Here we have an extremely rare WWII US Army Air Force WASP Women Airforce Service Pilots Summer Weight Santiago Blue uniform Beret, in size 22, with the correct half size pinback Cap Badge.
Although we have had a couple examples of the Rare Cap Badge worn on this Beret, and many other rare WASP artifacts, this is the only Beret we've ever owned. Unfortunately, this came out of an old collection, and the name of the original owner has been lost to time.
VINTAGE:
World War II.
SIZE:
Hat: Size 22. Badge: Half Size.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Summer Weight Santiago Blue uniform Beret, and Gilt brass badge.
ATTACHMENT:
N/A.
MARKINGS:

ITEM NOTES:
This is from a US Army Air Forces W. A. S. P. collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. PACJJM21 LFDGEX02/17/23 SFDGEX03/12/23
CONDITION:
8- (Very Fine - Excellent): Overall the Beret is in excellent condition, but please note the small moth nip at about 5:00, in relation to the Cap Badge. A small dot of correctly-colored magic marker would make this all but disappear.
GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
