This is a Extremely Rare World War I United State Navy Mess Dress or Shirt Size Wing in Gilt Sterling by Robbins with the early "Touch Marks" maker mark. 

VINTAGE:

Circa WWI.

SIZE:

Approximately 5/8" height and 2-1/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS:

"Robbins "Touch Marks" and STERLING"
