This is an Extremely Rare World War I circa 1917 - 1918 USCG Coast Guard CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge. 

World War I. Circa 1917 - 1918.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Gilt & Silvered Nickel. Hand formed & applied Rope Pinned Construction.

Vertical pin with come-under Tiffany Style Catch.
