This is an Extremely Rare 1957 Bavarian State Order of Merit Women's Award in 925 Silver Cased by Gebruder Hemmerle.
VINTAGE:1957
SIZE:Approximately 4-5/8" in height x 3-3/4" in width. Medal: 2-1/8" x 2-1/8" Center of the badge 3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Enamel, Plated Brass, Silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with 'C' catch.
