Description
Extremely rare, circa 1915 1920 China, War Lords Period Chihli/Zhili Province Wu Pei Fu Qualification Award for Technical Superiority. The planchet is suspended from a silk ribbon that is red, yellow, blue, white, and black striped to resemble the Republic of China's flag. The front of the medal displays the bust of War Lord Wu Peifu and the reverse is enameled featuring two flags, one being the Republic of China and are surrounded by Chinese characters.
