Description
This is a circa 15th or 16th century armor-piercing dagger or dirk blade. It was excavated in Europe, and could possibly be French, Italian or German. There appears to be faint remnants of a motto in the fullering. The blade is narrow and tapered, and the dagger has a rectangular neck and is fullered on both sides.
VINTAGE:Circa 1400s-1500s.
SIZE:Approximately 24" in length and 3/4" in width (at widest part).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Steel.

MARKINGS:Apparent remnants of a motto in fullering.
