ARTIFACT: This is an early, circa 1890s Bell Systems telephone worker hat insignia.

VINTAGE: Circa 1890s.

SIZE: About 1" in width by 1-1/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Bendable prongs.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a communications and utilities collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay MDX98 LFJX

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The insignia has only very minor wear and tarnishing.
