Circa 1910s-20s?

SIZE:

About 1-1/2" in width by 2-5/16" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with black painted details.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with a tongue-type "C" catch.
