This is a circa early 1970s sign for the "all new" Market Square Pub in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The sign is painted masonite and drew in patrons at about the time when Portsmouth was on the threshold of entering its renaissance stage.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 18" in height by 30" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted masonite.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The sign is well-preserved on the whole with some scattered spots of wear and light discoloration; all paint is intact.
