This is an early 1960s wing for those Republic of Vietnam aviation cadets training in the United States. The wing is in a mess dress size and was made by N.S. Meyer of New York. It is a silver star with a single golden wing.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 7/16" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch backs.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, raised shield maker mark.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has some small spots of light wear/tarnish.
