Linville was Director of Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care & Control from 1969 -1973.

VINTAGE: Early 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 3-7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plastic, Photo and paper, and ink.
