Beautiful Rare Early 1900s-1910s Los Angeles Co., CA Deputy Sheriff Badge by Chipron

This is a beautiful and rare circa early 1900s or 1910s Los Angeles County, California Deputy Sheriff six-point star badge. The badge is by Chipron Stamp Company of L.A., and has an early maker mark on reverse. The badge has several engraved details, some with gold wash.

Circa early 1900s-1910s.

Approximately 2-1/2" in height and 2-1/4" in width.

Plated brass, gold wash, painted details.

Vertical safety-style pin, oval saddle.
