Description
Unidentified, unknown early 1930's Dana Pilot Badge # 208 from Dana Point, California and made by Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Company. The large badge is green, enameled bronze with a center that features a tall sailing ship, the top of the badge reads: "DANA PILOT" and the base of the badge shows the number: "208". Not sure what this badge was for, harbor pilot? Some other Police or Nautical usage? There are visible initials etched onto the reverse, perhaps: "TJ". The reverse also shows a nice maker mark.
