Gorgeous Early 1930s Ventura CA Police Named Councilman Badge with Ruby Eye by LARSCO

This is a Gorgeous Early 1930's Ventura California Police Named G.N.ANDERSON Councilman Badge with Ruby Eye by LARSCO LA Rubber Stamp Co. 

Early 1930s.

Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 1-15/16" in width.

Gold-plated and silver plated brass with hard fired blue enamel and Ruby in the eye of the eagle.

Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.
