This is a 1935 Badge of the 3rd Chief of Police of Visalia California Harry E. Hicks by Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Co.
Harold E. "Harry" Hicks During his tenure as Chief, 1935 - 1939, and before, there were no other ranking officers on the Department, Only Patrolman.
VINTAGE:
1935
SIZE:Approximately: 3" in height x 2-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated, Chromed Nickel with hard fired blue, and white enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch. 10 rivets.
