This is a 1920s Connecticut State Special Police badge. The badge reads CONNECTICUT SPECIAL POLICE NO. 3 and shows the State of Connecticut seal at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s.
SIZE:2-9/16" height and 1-3/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with blue painted letters.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with "C" catch.
MARKINGS:C.D. REESE 57 WARREN ST. N.Y.
