This is an early 1900s Special Deputy United States Marshal "strikebreaker" badge. The badge reads SPECIAL DEPUTY U.S. MARSHAL.

Circa early 1900s.

1-11/16" height and 1-3/8" width.

Nickel-plated brass with black painted lettering.

Vertical safety-style pin.

6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Badge shows moderate wear and most of the painted lettering is worn away, but the badge has a nice luster.
