This is a circa 1939-1940 United States Air Corps Curtis P-40 Tomahawk silk screen print in a period frame. The print has a very pleasing, mellow coloring and is a rendering of the aircraft debuted by Curtiss in 1938.
VINTAGE:Circa 1939-1940.
SIZE:Approximately 21-1/4" in height by 27" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk, glass, wood.
ATTACHMENT:Two eye screws with wire.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The print and the frame both have light water damage near the bottom, but this could be hidden by a mantel; frame has spots of moderate wear.
