This is a cool World War II liberty pass issued to a sailor from the Fargo Barracks at the USN Receiving Station, Boston, Massachusetts. The shield-shaped pass is in wartime materials: painted pressed paper.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-9/16" in height and 1-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted pressed paper.
ATTACHMENT:Hole.
MARKINGS:7-F 140 on front.
