ARTIFACT: Cool, huge beer mug from Columbus Airforce Base 14th Flying Training Wing Class 73 – 04. The center is hand-painted with profile eagle's head against a dark blue background and surrounding it reads: "BORN TO FLY 73 – 04". The top of the mug reads: "CHARLES" as it originally belonged to Charles Lutz and the bottom reads: "COLUMBUS AFB". The reverse of the mug features the hand-painted names of those in the class in blue detail.

VINTAGE: Circa 1973

SIZE: Approximately 9" tall x 6-1/4"; 3-1/4" (top diameter); 4-1/4" (bottom diameter)

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Hand-painted ceramic

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJM16 LABJX9/16 psACJX9/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The beer mug shows minor wear, nearly all the painted details remain intact, overall excellent condition.
