ARTIFACT: This is a confidential 1918 copy of the War Department Document No. 830 "Liaison for All Arms", translated from an earlier French version. The book has two large fold-out charts (one shown above) and covers such topics as carrier pigeons, radio-electric, telephone and telegraph communications and balloons.

VINTAGE: Published 1918.

SIZE: 80 pages; approximately 7-3/4" in height and 5-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Newsprint.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: War Department Document No. 830 Office of the Adjutant General; Received Oct 10 1918 Co. B 79th Inf. Stamped on cover.
