ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1970s patch for the United States Navy Patrol Squadron 91 (VP-91). Established November 1, 1970 at NAS Moffett Field in California, the 91st was the first land-based Naval Air Reserve West Coast squadron to operate P-3A Orion aircraft. The twill patch shows the Liberty Bell at the center of a radar screen and reads "Strength in Reserve".

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 4-3/4" in height and 4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester thread, mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy patrol squadron patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJX13 LFEX10/13 SFEX4/14

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch has some light wear only.
