ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1970s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 41st Air Refueling Squadron (41st AREFS). The fully embroidered patch shows a golden star and a red lightning bolt intertwined with the contrails of two aircraft.

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 4" in height and 3-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered cotton/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.
