ARTIFACT:
This is a circa 1970s or early 1980s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 35th Tactical Fighter Squadron. The subdued patch is US-made and is embroidered upon olive twill. It shows a panther at its center and reads FIRST TO FIGHT.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1970s-early 1980s.
SIZE:
Approximately 3" in height and 3-1/2" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
