ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1960's agent hat badge 3rd issue for Allegheny Airlines, which operated out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 1962 until 1979, when it changed its name to US Air. The badge shows a red and blue boomerang-like wing at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 3" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing, stabilization post.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months ebay VBJX12 LAFEX12/12

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows light wear only.
