ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1950 mug for the United States Air Force 47th Bombardment Group. The mug was made in the United Kingdom. Directly opposite the handle is a winged missile insignia with small areas enameled by hand in red.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950.

SIZE: Approximately 3-3/8" in height and 2-15/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Ceramic, hand done enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Mug handle.
