ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1940s employee badge for White Tower Hamburgers, which got its start in 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The badge is in celluloid and is numbered 7911. The man bearing a burger and coffee at the center is fashioned from the letters W and T. It is by Philadelphia Badge Company.

VINTAGE: Circa 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4” in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Celluloid on metal.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: PHILA. BADGE CO. PHILA. PA.
