This is an Estonian Young Eagles (Noorkotkad) scout badge from the 1930s. The Young Eagles espoused the tenets of the Boy Scouts organization. The badge is an eagle holding a lily in its talon and reads ALATI VALMIS (be prepared).
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel, brass.
ATTACHMENT:Screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:ROMAN TAVAST TALLINN.
