This is a pair of circa 1930s-1940s Matson Steamship Lines collar insignia. Established in 1926 upon the purchase of Oceanic Steamship Company, Matson ran routes all over the Pacific. Each insignia is a red flag bearing the letter M at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-1940s.
SIZE:About 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/2" in width (each).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered in bullion threads and red and white silk/cotton threads with mesh backing.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The insignia show moderate wear and tarnish on the bullion.
