ARTIFACT: This is a Civilian Conservation Corps acid test gold-plated collar insignia for the 5tth District. The insignia is on its original manufacturer tag from Insignia Jewelry.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" by 1-1/16".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated.

ATTACHMENT: Two screw posts with domed backings.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Civilian Conservation Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay TVB/EL92 LEEX6/10 S(1)EEX4/14

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Insignia shows some areas of light tarnish and wear and tag has inked letters "CCC", moderate creasing and a corner tear.
