ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1930 United States Marine Corps marksman badge with a Bayonet Qualification bar. The top bar on the badge is a double-headed arrow and the medallion portion is a wreathed target and small EGA (eagle, globe and anchor). The badge is in nickel and has a pin with a safety-style catch on reverse.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930.

SIZE:

Approximately 2" in height and 1-7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Links, horizontal pin on bar with safety-type catch.
