ARTIFACT:
This is a circa 1920s sheet of unused hotel stationery from the Rockingham Hotel in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Rockingham Hotel was a luxurious establishment started by larger-than-life local hero Frank Jones and which operated until 1973 (today the former hotel consists of condo units and a restaurant).

SIZE: Approximately 6" in width by 9-1/4" in height.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The stationery has only light aging and two horizontal creases; two light marks on reverse where it was probably glued into a keepsake album. There are no rips, stains or writing.
