This is a circa 1903 Anchor Line Transatlantic Steamships brochure entitled "Tours of Ireland, Scotland & England". It includes beautiful travel-related color illustrations (painted photographs) and information on various international tourist destinations and schedules. The covers display photos as well, and the booklet is string-bound.
